House Rules & Expectations:
* Cleanliness is non-negotiable, I keep the house very clean, and I expect the same.
* No smoking inside (you're welcome to smoke outside), no drugs, no drama, no pets.
No excessive company or loud, disruptive
behavior — this is a peaceful home.
• All utilities are included in the rent unless usage becomes excessive.
I'm laid-back, easy to get along with, and mostly keep to myself. I'm looking for someone professional, dependable, and very clean, reliability and cleanliness are deal-breakers.
