The Room (fully furnished): Queen memory foam bed + full bedding two nightstands, bookcase headboard, Tall/long dressers, bookcase, desk, office chair, TV, microwave, cu. ft. idge/freezer,
Spacious ' closet. Included: All utilities + 1TB Frontier Wi-Fi & Hulu. Spacious ' closet.
Access to laundry, kitchen, koi pond, and yard
Terms: 2-month minimum stay,
$ deposit (refundable w/ -day notice),
$ first month = $ move-in.
Layout: I rent 3 bedrooms with a shared bath in the back wing. My master is in the opposite wing, separated by common areas.
Current Roommates: Two straight, easygoing guys (ages been here been here 2 years).
💼 Ideal Roommate:
Full-time, first-shift job outside the house referred.
Open to other schedules with limited WFH
One person per room.
Clean in shared/private spaces.
Limits on guests/overnights.
Not a Fit If You: Smoke (cigs, pot, vape), use drugs, or drink heavily.
Have pets (I already have two friendly cats 🐱🐱)
