Hi, My name is Joe I’m a -year-old professional. I’m looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful roommate to rent one of the bedrooms for $ a month and the room is available on November 1st. Security deposit will be one months rent, and the lease will be 1 year followed by yearly renewal if you want to stay longer than a year.

• Private Hall bathroom (Full Bath)
• Comfortable shared living areas (kitchen, living room, fenced backyard)
• Utilities included (electric, water, internet,)
• Double wide drive way so you don't have to park on the street
• Centrally located: 5 minutes to the highway, minutes to most areas in VB/Norfolk
About me & the home:
• Two friendly dogs live here (so you’ll need to be a dog person)
• I work full time and keep the house clean and laid-back
• No heavy partying—just looking for a respectful, easygoing roommate
