Room in Greenpoint

Hi,I'm looking for a female roommate to a cozy room in Greenpoint. The room is the first in the apartment and has its own hallway with the bathroom right outside. Tons of storage.Youd share kitchen and bathroom with me and an other female. We are looking for a good fit. Someone who's happy, clean and respectful. We often end up chatting in the kitchen about anything and everything. Utilities are includedThere is no livingroom ( hence the price) We do have access to a yard wich is a nice and rare getaway even if its not the fanciest.No pets It has mirrors, night stand, desk but no bed.
