Room for rent

About the room:
• Comes furnished with a twin bed (this is my child’s room, so the bed will need to stay).

About us:
• Quiet, respectful, and clean.
• We enjoy a peaceful living environment and are looking for someone who fits in with that.
• We have 2 cats (so unfortunately, no more pets).

What we’re looking for in a roommate:
• Responsible, quiet, clean, and respectful.
• Someone who values a calm home environment.

Details:
• Rent is due on the 1st of every month – no exceptions.
• Wi-Fi and electric are included in the rent.
• Minimal kitchen use.
• Parking is very difficult after 5pm. We strongly prefer someone without a car, but if you do have one, I will do my very best to help accommodate parking when street parking cannot be found.
