• Gardening is a frequent activity here, so you’ll need to be cool with that.
• I’m often open and comfy at home so just a heads up there.
• Common areas are used fairly often—think kitchen, living room, backyard. These areas are open to my pup and NOWHERE ELSE.

House Details:
• Fully furnished 🛋️
• Washer & dryer on
• Split utilities (WiFi, sewage/trash, FPL, water)
• Landlord covers maintenance + security system
• Bathroom is yours unless a 3rd roommate moves in (then it’s shared with just one person, NEVER ME).
