My name is Winnie, my husband's name is Todd. We're renting our spare room in our townhouse off st Ave/Olive as soon as possible. The room isn't furnished but the rest of the house is. We like music, rap mostly but you never know what genre we'll throw on next.
Here's the sitch, we don't care if ya close the bar down on the weekends, go to Burning Man every year or spent the 's following the Dead, it's all good we just can't have all the problems that follow alcohol/drug addiction. Ya gotta be mostly well adjusted. Also we're in our mid 's and disabled, we're homebodies so we'd prefer you work outside the home. 3 people in / is a recipe for disaster. Rent is $/month and deposit is $ that can be used for last months rent when you leave. This includes utilities and Internet. However if you are agreeable to performing a few light chores/duties on a recurring basis the rent could be reduced to $/month. Lastly, we're friendly, down to earth folk, we mind our business but we ain't about no drama and we entirely too old to put up with those types of theatrics so, just, no.
