I am looking for a tenant that is clean, responsible, and respectful. Perfect for working professionals, students, travel nurses, or foreign exchange interns/students looking for a quiet, clean & safe living environment.

No smoking, no drugs. Single occupancy.

The housemates are all mid to late s. We are a friendly house, down-to-earth people.

Full access to the house including a movie theater-style living room, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, TV, high-speed fiber internet, grill, pool, backyard, etc. It’s the perfect ideal roommate living situation. The entire house is furnished making it a hassle free moving experience.

The backyard and pool are spacious and offer plenty of room to relax.

Free parking! No parking pass is needed. Ample street parking for you, and no parking issues for you or your visitors.

The room is furnished and includes a Queen size mattress/platform bed frame with two matching nightstands, a large matching work desk, and a large built-in closet with an organizational system. The room also includes a mounted -inch flatscreen tv.

The room is available on November 1st and we will show the house and room to interested parties now.

The rental agreement would be month to month, and we are open to different lengths of stay. Terms longer than 6 months are preferred, but we are flexible for the right fit.

Move in requirement: first month($) + security deposit($).

Background check required.

Please be a respectful, quiet, clean, and tidy individual. The shared spaces (i.e. kitchen, bathrooms, patio, etc) must stay exceptionally clean at all times.
