Hi everyone! I’m looking to sublet my room during the spring semester (January-May ). The house is on Upland Rd about a 1-minute walk from Carm. It is a bath house of all girls and was recently renovated. The room is fully furnished and there is free in-unit washer and dryer. Rent is $/month and utilities but totally negotiable! 3 of the other rooms are available for spring sublet as well, so please reach out if you/anyone you know is interested at !!
