There isn’t much of a living room besides what you see in the kitchen, but there is enough space for a small couch or a pub table/dining table.
Laundry in unit, coin operated.
Takes 2 set of stairs to reach the apartment, so not wheelchair friendly unfortunately.
$ per room. Includes utilities, hydro and unlikited wifi.
Kitchen now looks like the second last slide! I added the prettiest baby blue black splash to liven up the space ((:
Really convenient location, as I’m a minute walk from TMU, 5 minute walk from Metro, and minute walk from downtown Toronto. You don’t have to worry about public transportation much if you’re a downtown girl!

About me:
I’m a third year cis man year old Palestinian film student and creative that loves everything art. I also love to bake! Would love to live with another creative. I’m pretty introverted too but love making new friends.
This is a and alcohol friendly household.

If you’re applying, please be a genuinely clean and organized individual lol. I’ve had poor past situations with roommates and would just really like to avoid that.
