Unfurnished room for rent

Description

I am looking to rent my unfurnished master bedroom/bath by December 1st, earliest is November 1st. I need someone who can stay through end of lease in Oct , maybe longer if that is what we decide. You will need to pass a background check with the apartment complex, per their requirements. That goes through them. The price includes rent and utilities on the lower end of what they are. Rent is due by the 1st. No exceptions. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment and you can use any pans and kitchen items in the apartment for cooking. I travel often and looking for a quiet female to help with costs. This is not for couples, or for someone with a couple constantly over. I have two large female dogs who are great, but don't love men in their space. Please don't reach out if you are not female. We are also at max capacity for animals, so you can't have animals. You are welcome to the living space and we have a ground floor patio that overlooks woods, so it is quite peaceful in the evenings. The apartment has a great gym and we are nestled in the back and it is pretty quiet for the most part.
