My roomies & I are looking for one additional roommate, preferably a girl, who is interested in joining our home!
We are a house of 3 people in our early - mid twenties, and we have two cats and a dog living here.
We all work full time jobs and are looking for anyone who wants a chill, drama free environment. We are looking for someone who preferably works full time or works part time and is in school part time. We are also looking for someone who can understand that this is not a party house, as we all work full time jobs during the week days. We are LGBTQ friendly. We are independent and are all pretty chill, as long as you’re able to communicate when necessary & clean up after yourself in shared spaces! 🙂

Location:

The house is located about minutes from UNCC, and about minutes from the nearest Harris Teeter, Starbucks, Dunkin, Target, McDonald’s, ect. We’re also about minutes from the NODA area. Unfortunately none of these places are accessible by walking, so you will need to have access to a car.

Monthly rent listed does not include utilities, which is an additional ≈$ per month.

We have a fenced-in back yard, a garage & driveway. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven and stove. There is a bathroom downstairs, and 1 upstairs with a shower / bath combo and double sinks. We have a washer & dryer in the house.
