My partner and have a second bedroom in our La Mesa condo. It's $ a month + $ for utilities/wifi (special offer before ). Otherwise p.m. It is a fully furnished room with walnut-color Pergo flooring and closet space. Deposit is one month's rent. Laundry room and pool on , flexible month-to-month lease (we hope tenant can stay for 6 months to a year, renewable)

Room is , plus extra closet space ( ) with shelves and small chest of drawers. Full bath with shower.

You are welcome to use all of my cookware and cleaning products (pots/pans/plates/brooms/etc).

We're 3 miles away from SDSU campus or miles to the trolly station that will take you to campus. Near Costco, Grossmont Center and Mission Valley for shopping, only miles away from downtown San Diego. Ample street parking if you have a car.
