Hi! My roomie and I are looking for a third roommate in our apartment in Crown Heights/ East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Move in date is flexible, but looking for move in’s ASAP.

Rent is $ plus utilities and WiFi.

The apartment is a minute walk from the trains, and close to the B, and B bus services. It is currently a 2-bedroom with an agreement from the landlord to convert the downstairs into a third bedroom with a flex wall.

The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, central air, and good natural light.

My roommate and I are with one very sweet cat, and are very easy going people. We like to keep our common spaces clean, and relatively quiet. We have since decorated from the empty pics and made this house a home 🙂

Please be aware that we are a bit further into Brooklyn, we need only serious inquiries as a respect of our time!
