I live in a large house in Sacramento near the intersection of Stockton and th Avenue. There are 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a breakfast nook, a dining room, a laundry room, a living room, an upstairs lounge, and a basement. The room I’m renting is the largest bedroom upstairs. It has a king bed, a dresser, a desk, and of course a closet. The house has a backyard with a garage, but its use is unavailable. In addition, I have dogs that are very sweet and very loving. No additional pets are permitted. Our household is quiet and clean. Household chores are part of the roommate agreement.
