(clean soap scum, etc from the shower tile)4. Keep dish rack and dishes put away. Keep fridge sanitary, again I have a maid, but you cannot leave food to rot and develop mold. (I have 3 refrigerators)- Likes dogs or at least tolerate them. I have 3 outside dogs. -Responsible who does not consume Illegal Drugs with a steady work history.-No Drama, and have people/problems following you.-Laid back and easy to get along with.
