I am easy going, clean, responsible and a christian life style and looking for the same. My apartment is all hardwood floors, bright, well lit, the private bedroom for rent has a big window with lots of natural light, a closet, desk, night table, lamp and queen bed. It’s a shared bathroom. Laundry is downstairs. I am next to whole foods, trader joes, starbucks and chase bank (all 1 block away), very close to fwy and SMC and UCLA. no pets please.
