Hi y'all, I'm Jack and I'm looking a room for June 1! I work at an urban planning firm in the UWS and I'm a part-time grad student studying urban planning at Hunter College. I'm out of the apt a lot of the time especially on the weekends, but I also work from home about days per week. I generally keep to myself at home but not opposed to a more social house.
I'm open to live with anyone! With that said, I definitely prioritize cleanliness and general respect of the common areas. A clean kitchen and bathroom are crucial haha.
Very much open to pets. But not open to smoking indoors or bedrooms without windows. A room with space for a desk would be ideal.
