My apartment is on the third floor and corner unit so we have tall ceilings and lots of natural light, only have people below us and to the right on the other side of my bedroom wall. Everything was renovated when I moved in a few years ago so nice modern appliances and I’ve got a couch and tv. There’s space for a dining room table if you have one (my current roommate is taking hers when she moves). We have a nice sized balcony. There’s in unit washer and dryer, there’s also a dishwasher and good AC/heat.
