I'm looking for a roommate to share my b townhouse in Tempe, AZ. Room is available in July!
Room/House:
- Rent plus electric/wifi
- Scottsdale & McKellips
- 2 Car Garage
- Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher
- Patio
- Gated Community with Pools/Hot Tub/Tennis Court/Park
- Open to pets, but must be well house trained (& cool with my kitty 🥰)
I just really need my roommate to be clean, responsible & kind. Someone I could also be friends with is definitely something I’m looking for. I'm into road trips, thrift stores, art, hiking, concerts, movie nights, wine and cheese. My work schedule is something to note as well. Sometimes I work for months without a day off, sometimes I'm off for a month, sometimes I'm traveling. So someone who would be open to help with my plants/cat when I'm super busy/out of town would be preferred, but not required. Free Spring Training tickets if you're in though lol. I do (unfortunately) smoke - but only ever outside.
