The room that’s gonna be moving into,there will not be any furniture. It’s a gigantic room, beautiful bathroom and a walk-in closet. it’s a non smoking community, beautiful couple minutes away from Publix Walmart and a bunch of restaurants and shops, Fifteen minutes from utc mall, beautiful resort style pool with BBQ Grills, Full size gym, arcade,salt water pool, ping pong,pool table. Great price for this as most apartments are very expensive,price includes rent and utilities rent is hundred a month for your part due every 1st of the month or can work out weekly plans for the deposit if needed washer and dryer in unit. One other person lives here it’s my roommmate he works full time in hospitality industry, he also makes music and djs, very chill place.
