This is without utilities. Utilities are not a set price it varies on the amount of usage such as A/C, Water, Electricity. In this case I’ve stayed here for over a year and have witnessed rent being as high as $K during summer when it’s hot I use A/C to keep the house cooled down. This means rent can be around $ for utilities, rent, and master bedroom located on the 2nd floor with bathroom connected and 2 car garage attached. I do allow pets , but I do ask to show proof of vaccinations and do ask to keep up to date with them. I do have 2 dogs . A pit bull & a German shepherd. This is their home before anyone else. They are still young so they are in their puppy energetic mode lol but both males and they are not neutered nor will they be. I tend to keep their blood line in my lifetime🤗 .
