Master Bedroom suite will have its own master bathroom and walk in closet..The rooms are of similar dimensions with slight variations in square footage, all carpeted rooms with a ceiling fan and dimmable lights.. In addition, each private room will have it’s own door lock. Can be furnished for higher rent. All utilities included in monthly rent (electricity/internet/water/AC). Furnished living room, kitchen, and backyard access. All new furniture. All kitchen access (except for personal foods). Kitchen and dishwares provided. AC kept at a cool temperature all day long. A robovac cleans all the living room and kitchen every morning. All new appliances are available for use including laundry and dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, and refrigerators.
