I’m unfortunately living in a “illegal” room with no egress!!! I desperately need to find a place preferably with a big closet and some storage. Private bathroom ( non-negotiable) and off street or garage parking also. I drink very little and don’t do drugs or smoke, like to cook alittle kinda healthy if you’re good with that.
