I am , humble, stable, and without drama for the most part. I work between fourth & fifty hrs a week (keeps me young) and have a grown (on her own) twenty two yr old daughter. I am a mentor to many and play a key roll in our youth in my spare time. I have a zeal for life 😃 love animals, crafting and remodels.
Hello. My name is Wendii and I am looking for a place close to work(McKinney/Frisco area). I am an empty nester and only sticking close till I am sure she (my daughter) is well grounded being out on her own. In the next year I will be transitioning to tiny living. I am quiet yet sociable, clean and respectful. I have spent many years in the construction industry so I have a great deal of respect for someone’s home and am happy to do my part in helping it stay in good condition.
