Hello! I’m looking for a roommate for my sq ft apartment. You will have the larger of the two rooms, with a fairly large walk in closet. It’s located on the first floor of a 2 story apartment building located at Greenbrier Drive, I am working on getting photos up (excuse the previous roommates cat in one of them lol) but I can send photos as well. Who I am: - year old male -Working professional while going to school full time -Tries to maintain a fairly decent level of cleanliness but is not perfect-Animal & gym lover -chillWhat I’m looking for:-Someone chill-Doesn’t have to be perfect in their cleaning but basic cleaning up after ones self will be expected-Ability they have a stable income(if you can prove it with a paystub it’s a plus but not required) -willing to communicate, and willing to compromise when necessary (as will I)-empathetic (just as I will be, nobody’s perfect. But there will be basic expectations: Rent should be paid every month, but if a few boxes are left in the backyard for a week or so it’s no big deal)- friendly a MUST, you do not have to do it yourself, but just be ok with me doing it-0 hard drugs ( and alcohol are totally ok, but no heroin, meth, crack, etc)Amenities: -shared bathroom (I do my best to maintain cleanliness there and will expect the same, but it’s not something that I treat as the end of the world)-parking spot, street parking -no garage unfortunately -a small backyard area -dog & cat friendly -smoking ok
