I'm Julee!
I am a friendly, considerate roommate that likes to keep things clean and neat. I make friends easily and get along with most everyone. I have a great credit score and references. And I always pay my rent early.
I am looking for a space that offers a decent size bedroom/private bathroom and a larger closet. Access to a pool would be great, but it’s not a dealbreaker if the property is without one.
Being young at heart, I have had friends and roommates of all different ages. I like where I am living now, but my landlords have decided to put their house up for sale… so here I am!
I do enjoy that, at my current residence, I can have a guest over occasionally. I would hope to have the same privilege wherever I move to (even if it’s just to visit in my room).
I travel every twelve weeks at a time. I also have a small pet sitting business, in which I stay at my clients’ homes full time while they are away. During these times, I won’t be at home.
I would need something by the end of the year. However, I can move out at any time.
