The apartment has an in unit washer and dryer. If you enjoy long walks you will be pleasantly surprised with all of the restauraunts, bars and parks near by! The main strip of downtown is a straight shot, about a min walk or 5 minute scooter ride. Luckily for us, there is transportation available upon request for $1 which will take you and 5 friends anywhere downtown! There is an f gym right outside the door and a dance studio less than a minute walk away. The common areas have laminated wood and the rooms are carpeted. Additional Storage room available upon request with a feeOvernight guests are welcome as long as they are respectful, quiet, clean and are NOT living here. There is a monthly fee of $/month INSTEAD of a full security deposit. So move in fees will be minimal aside from rent.
