About me
If you’re reading this, I already appreciate you considering me for your spare room or space! My name is Matt, I’m a Colorado native, with a background in the arts, business, and cycling! I pride myself in being respectful of others, my professionalism, and my career. I appreciate cooking, good wine, jazz, and classical music, and anything mid century modern design. As your roommate/ housemate, I can guarantee you that you’ll never have to ask me to clean up after myself, as I’m tidy, and organized to begin with. I do have a wonderful fur buddy that will be coming with me, he’s an eleven year old, American shorthair, tuxedo cat, named Soxie, and he’s been my closest companion for the last ten years. He’s clean, has a warm personality, and enjoys naps. In a nutshell, my current lease is up in February of next year, and the apartment building that I want to live in doesn’t have a unit available until the Spring. I’m planning on putting all of my furniture into storage, unless your space is unfurnished, in which case I’d bring along my bed, and lamp, and one chair. Soxie will live in the room with me exclusively, so you won’t need to worry about cat hair, or scratching on your furniture. He doesn’t need a ton of space to be happy, and content. Also, I like to live a clean, and healthy lifestyle, and don’t smoke, do drugs of any kind, or drink beyond the occasional glass of wine. I value good sleep, and would consider myself respectfully quite. If any of this sounds like something you’d be comfortable with or would consider, I’d absolutely love to hear from you!
