Hey! I'm Leanne. In need of a room ASAP — my move in date needs to be as soon as /. As of right now I am move-in ready— ready to put down first month and security deposit payments immediately following an in-person viewing, and ready to have movers drop off my belongings within the same week. I'm years old, and currently work full time as a barista in Astoria. I have no pets nor have any issues living with pets. I work 5 days a week so I am actively scheduling viewings around work, either before am or after pm, including all day from Wednesday to Friday. I prefer keeping my things organized, easily accessible, and as unobtrusive as possible. I also don't cook a lot, but when I do, it's to make quick and simple dishes. But usually will opt for a bowl of ramen or microwaveable dinners, with the occasional ordering out.I don't own any furniture, so I would just need simple furnishings such as a bed and dresser/wardrobe unit (if there is no closet) provided. I'd prefer to stay a minimum of 6 months or a year, and am open to the possibility of staying longer than that if we feel our setup is working well. I have no preference towards either a month to month or a yearly lease, as long as we agree on the maximum beforehand and can be detailed in the lease agreement as well.I'd like to express my interest in the soonest available time for a viewing, but I'm also open to voice or video call first if that's preferred.
