A large master bedroom with a private bathroom will be available no later than September th (possibly sooner) in a respectful, quiet shared home. Rent is $/month, which includes all utilities and fast internet. The room is located upstairs, across the hall from one other roommate, and comes furnished, though furniture can be removed if you prefer your own. It has a private full bathroom and a full-sized closet. You’ll have access to shared spaces including a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room, backyard, and garage (which includes storage space and washer/dryer). Driveway parking is available. The household includes two roommates downstairs and one upstairs—everyone is generally independent, clean, and considerate.We’re looking for someone reliable, communicative, and respectful of shared spaces. The home is quiet and not a party environment. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
