Hello I'm a y/o professional with pets ( dog) for personal reasons I need to move out from where I'm living now and sharing an apartment with someone else will help A LOT financially. I already have a place on mind and looking for someone who is serious about it. My plan is to sign the lease as soon as mid May and start moving there around jun 1. Preferably female who is okay with animals and is responsible for payments. Rent will be split in half as well as utilities
