We are looking for someone to take over my roommate’s lease ending in October. There is a dollar application fee. We are 2 women looking for preferably another female to move in. The other tenant does have 2 cats but they stay in her room only. I work full time from home but I try my best to keep noise down. The other tenant is going to ASU full time and works part time. The bathroom is shared with me. I tend to be on the cleaner side but as long as the mess is not too much I generally won’t have a problem. We tend to be a little more frugal so we would appreciate someone else who is also mindful of their spending. Utilities include internet, electricity, and water. This is split in thirds and averages to about one hundred each (closer to one fifty in the summer). There is also yard maintenance that we are responsible for.
