I have a great room available located on Wedgeworth Rd. Located right off the and Chisholm Trail Parkway. The room is very large and bright. It is fully furnished with a flatscreen hung on the wall. It’s beautiful. I’m the owner but I don’t live at the address. The entire house is fully furnished.I live around the corner. The kitchen is fully furnished. WIFI, Washer, Dryer and dishwasher. It is a bathroom house. You would be splitting the utilities four ways. I take excellent care of the house. When something needs attention I have it fixed immediately. I do not have a mortgage on the house. What that means to you is I’m more concerned about getting the right person in there, not just any person to pay the bills. I would live there. The current roomies are an older, laid-back crowd who enjoy peace and quiet, so if you’re looking for party central, this ain’t it. The neighborhood is safe, the house is chill, and the only drama here comes from whatever TV show you decide to binge.IT IS A FRONT ROOM WITH A SHARED BATHROOM.
