Rent is hundred, including utilities and WiFi. You would be living with year old guys who are super nice and respectful. Laundry is downstairs (quarters) and there is a super nice balcony with outdoor seating. Street parking is free and there is usually always spaces close by. 3 min walk to Addison brown line, busses are right outside the door.
