Hello everyone !! This ad is for immediate move in . 🤍 half of the rent will be paid the day you move in and in full every month afterwards. pay is due on the 1st each month $. Utilities are included. Pets will be considered depending on the animal , and hyper activity level of course / training . My gf and I are both in school and work full time . I’m in my masters she’s in her associates . We are very considerable , it doesn’t matter if you’re black , white , gay , etc . We’re excited to have you! We are very chill and very welcoming. The cat is an orange tabby , a boy. We have an outside backyard , and plenty of space inside.
