My girlfriend and I are renting this house and are looking for a roommate for the spare bedroom and bathroom. The house is now fully furnished with everything listed except for bedroom furniture. Includes: full kitchen with appliances, washer, dryer, bar room and fireplace, basement with pool table, patio with firepit, dining room, living room. We have cat that live with us and they are super friendly.
