My roommates and I are renting out two separate rooms in the Riverview area off Boyette. One room is bigger and will be hundred dollar difference. Bathroom is shared as it has 2 sinks and shower/toilet area has a closed door so SUPER spacious. Rent does include all utilities. We are open to renting one room if you’re not wanting to share a bathroom. We have a pool, nice size yard for grilling or just a hangout area. We have a shed and garage for storage if needed. Spacious kitchen, as it is open and can see into the dining and living room.
