4 college students/ younger working professionals. 3 guys/ one female We have 1 roommate moving out and looking to fill their room. $ monthly rent and around $ for utilities including WiFi power laundry Etc.On street parking.We have 3 friendly dogs in the home however no further animals are allowed. (Unless they're caged in your bedroom ) Bathroom is currently shared with 2 guys.
