We are looking for roommates to move in June 1st! We have 2 rooms, one is a larger room with a king bed that would be great for a couple, private bathroom and walk in closet. Other room is smaller with a shared bathroom a queen bed and television, which would be good for an office or bedroom for 1 person. The couple in this house, Ash and Tristen, used it as a bedroom and smaller office/hang out room. The house and bedrooms are fully furnished, and you will have open access to a common living space and laundry room. In your bedrooms, our landlady Ashley is willing to remove any furniture you do not want. Rent is a month with all utilities and wifi included. With 5 people, rent is $, and with 6 it would be $. This is a non-smoking household, as there are allergies and lease restrictions. You are free to smoke outside.There are currently 3 roommates in the house, Mason (he/him), me (they/them), and my partner Tristen (he/him). Mason is and has a cat named Silas. He works in an independent living home and is currently going back to school for anthropology! He like writing, gaming and is a pretty huge nerd for things like D&D, Star Wars etc. Tristen is and pretty quiet, mostly sticks to himself. He is a teacher at The Learning Jungle, and is a big sci-fi and fantasy nerd, and loves coffee, trash tv, and reading. I am and work at Family Medical Supply as a intake staff. I love cooking and baking, listening to music, art, and playing on our Wii. Tristen and I have a cat named Bella. She is a sassy but timid black and white cat who loves treats and mostly stays to herself, unless she is batting at Silas's paw under the door or sunbathing on the couch. Tristen and I occupy the basement, which has a laundry room everyone can use.
