Hello! I’m moving out next month & am looking for someone to replace me on my lease. The apartment is a .5 bathroom. The bathroom is to share with one of the roommates, other roommate has his own bathroom. Both roommates are always working so pretty much have the apartment to yourself if you work from home. Rent is $ this does not include utilities.
