Must be able to pass landlord requirements and sign year lease starting June 1. The room avail is in the upstairs part of 1st floor apt and has a private bathroom. Communal space is shared but I’m rarely upstairs and usually use my private entrance at sub level.I have a small backyard that is possible to share. You will usually feel home alone even when you're not.
