From the furnished balcony, you can enjoy views of the shimmering water of Biscayne Bay and the Bayfront Park Ferris Wheel. The kitchen with a long bar counter is great for cooking and entertaining. There is a washer/dryer and dishwasher in the unit. Two adorable cats live in the apartment and mostly stay in the master bedroom/bathroom. The master bedroom is occupied by me I go to work 5 days a week. Occasional overnight guests are permitted. Parking is not included, but you can rent a spot from another building resident or in the next door garage.
