Hay , I’m K. looking for a room/roomate to find a place with come this MAY !Money for a deposit and first months rent. Potentially adding someone to the lease.looking for someone to share space with when the second bedroom becomes available! Shared kitchen,dinning room and living room fully furnished.Close to downtown,Patty creek market,bus stops, trails heads,balcony with lots of natural light in living room and kitchen.No dogs cats considered Month to month term, and would be great to have someone stay long term if it’s a good fit.There is not laundry on but we do have a closet with hook up for a washer and dryer .Off street parking for guests there are two spots available for each tenant. A little about me ,summers outside and don’t spend a lot of time at inside.Winters , I like to read , drop into yoga and my mindfulness practice most days.I Rise early and prefer quiet evening environments with my work schedule.I take care of 2 adopted salamanders and 5 adopted land snails. considerate about people’s sleep schedule and my own noise level.Cleaning is easy for me.Pay bills on time, free thinker.I hold Covid safety in my awareness.Any questions ask !
