I live a clean and sober lifestyle and am looking for another responsible professional as a roommate for lease starting in July.
I work a lot and keep to myself. I almost never have people over and keep very busy. Still social but my professional life I take very seriously.
House is fully furnished but I do expect that you bring your own dishes, towels etc.
There is garage access but I use it for my car. There is plenty of street parking for you if you have a car.
Access to a large backyard that is shared with another family in this triplex.
This is a very nice quiet area and is very close to everything you’d need in Foco.
