Hi! I'm an IT professional that works from home, our current female roommate is moving out to live closer to her job, but loved living here in all other regards. The apartment is just a few miles outside Columbia. The room is spacious, has a decent size closet, the apartment is kept very clean, and there is never any drama. We are looking for someone who is like us in that we keep the shared spaces clean, pay rent on time, and keep the peace. I'm a gamer, and I keep to myself for the most part. I keep our current apartment very clean, so no worries in that department. I'm kind, understanding, and like hanging out with my roommates if they desire that. You'd never have to worry about rent being paid, crazy roommate nonsense, drama, frequent guests, or anything of the like.
