Only splitting PG&E (Gas & Electric).-Must have a clean background.-Must have paystub to verify income.-Must have great credit score.I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, quiet, drama-free, and won't be hosting parties or large gatherings in the Condo since it's in a gated, quiet community. The total number of people living there will only be 4 people, max. Currently, there are 3 guys, including myself. We are all professionals, clean, respectful, rarely cook, no guests, and QUIET. Perfect if that is you. We all have full-time jobs. Looking for someone who doesn't cook, as well. Perfect for people who are traveling.Prefer someone to stay for 6 months or longer.
