My name is Mari, and I have a spacious room available for rent in my three-bedroom apartment located in the lovely Portage Park area. Currently, I share the flat with Peggy, my roommate, who is a retired nurse with deep roots in Chicago.
We’re looking for a third roommate to join us! The rent is $ per month, with a one-time $ move-in fee. For safety reasons, there is also a $ background check fee.
A bit about us: I work as a commercial cleaner for one of Chicago’s top music studios, while Peggy has dedicated her career to nursing. We’re both easygoing and enjoy a quiet home environment. We love board games and would appreciate a roommate who shares our values and cleans up after themselves.
