Me and my wife are renting out one of our rooms in our two bth + den apartment. This room has a great view of the fountain behind the apartment and the room is right across from the full bathroom that will be your own. We have a pool that opens in May and an only yards from the apartment is a twenty four hour gym. Parking is included. Electric is not included. Dogs/cats are permissible if potty trained.
