Hello, I have a very nice private room available for monthly rent in my house. The room is furnished, decorated with a comfortable single bed, bedding, towels, private closet, WiFi, central air conditioning, and utilities included up to a limit. It's a large house, with only a few people living there and sharing common areas. We have a clean, quiet, comfortable, and respectful environment in a great location. Only two people share a large social bathroom in the same hallway.
